CBLD Manpower Consultancy is an employment agency licensed (reg no. 18C9349) under the Ministry of Manpower and accredited by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia. Based in Singapore with a growing presence in Asia, we specialize in the recruitment, training and placement of foreign domestic workers (FDWs). It is a subsidiary of the Center for Competency-Based Learning and Development (CBLD), a leading specialist in human resource development for the Singapore workforce since 2007.

CBLD Manpower Consultancy was set up to provide competent and quality FDWs in Singapore and around the region. We achieve this by having in place a structured and robust pre-employment training curriculum for all our new FDWs. Our programmes cover a comprehensive scope of areas including personal effectiveness, literacy and numeracy, housekeeping, meal preparation, caregiving and acculturation. Our training and assessments are aligned to the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification standards to ensure a high level of readiness and performance from our FDWs before they are placed with employers.
