Terms and conditions

new branch opening promotion

The following terms and conditions shall apply to the new branch opening promotion (the “Promotion”) by CBLD Manpower Consultancy (the “Organizer”).

 

Eligibility
 

  1. The Promotion is open to all Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) with a valid work permit in Singapore who submitted their biodatas to the Organizer.  
     

  2. The Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any FDWs from participating in the Promotion (including but not limited to a person who fails to provide authentic, complete and accurate information) without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
     

 

Details of Promotion
 

  1. This Promotion is valid from 20th October 2019 to 31st January 2020.
     

  2. Each FDW is limited to only one (1) promotion redemption during the promotion period.
     

  3. To qualify for the promotion, FDWs must meet the following criteria:

    • Submit biodata with correct information via our website or a hardcopy form.

    • Get successfully employed by 31 January 2020.
       

  4. CBLD Manpower Consultancy reserves the right to replace any FDWs within the pool of 50 FDWs who can potentially qualify but are subsequently disqualified.

     

General
 

  1. By participating in the Promotion, the FDW is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that the Organizer may issue from time to time.
     

  2. By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree and shall be deemed to have agreed to participate in any publicity coverage as requested or required by the Organizer on any media, without compensation. CBLD Manpower reserves the right to video, photograph, record  and/or publish any participants’ images and details for marketing purposes without having to pay any fee or compensation to the mentioned FDWs.
     

  3. CBLD Manpower reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice to the FDWs. The decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained by the Organizer.
     

  4. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the marketing collaterals and the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
